Introduction
Western Australian Government Agencies are not regulated by Privacy
Legislation. However, the Division of Mental Health has made a Privacy
Commitment that incorporates key elements of the Federal Information
Privacy Principles, together with elements of acceptable modern
record-keeping practices and professional standards, ethics and
conduct.
Web site access
When you visit the Consumer Outcomes in Mental Health Western Australia (COMHWA) website to read, browse or download
information, our Internet Service Provider will record:
- your server address;
- your domain;
- date and time of your visit to the site;
- frequency with which pages accessed and documents downloaded;
- type of platform and browser used.
